The Juniper Building is a landmark higher-education project that brings Salt Lake Community College and the University of Utah together under one roof. Designed as a hub for learning, collaboration, and student success, the 91,000-square-foot facility provides a seamless pathway from associate to bachelor's degree programs while serving one of Utah's fastest-growing communities.
We were grateful to partner with AJC Architects to help bring their vision to life through more than 7,000 square feet of terrazzo flooring in the building's main lobby. The result is a durable, low-maintenance surface that complements the architecture while creating a welcoming first impression for students, faculty, and visitors.

✈️ Salt Lake City International Airport
Over 250,000 SF of terrazzo was installed across Concourse B, featuring the River Tunnel and the restoration of the iconic World Map.
🦚 Peacock Parlor | Lagoon Amusement Park
A bold, design-driven space brought to life through custom terrazzo to reflect the peacock-inspired theme and anchor the entire experience.
These projects represent the craftsmanship, coordination, and hard work that go into delivering terrazzo at every scale.
